V., assigned to Naval Air Facility (NAF) Misawa's Public Works Department, detains a Sailor assuming the role of an armed shooter while a member of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force provides extra security during bilateral security training at Camp Hachinohe. This training was conducted to familiarize NAF Misawa and JGSDF security forces with each other's communication and security techniques.
