Exercise Cope North 16 includes 22 total flying units and nearly 3,000 personnel from six countries and continues the growth of strong, interoperable and beneficial relationships within the Indo-Asia-Pacific Region through integration of airborne and land-based command and control assets.

Distinguished visitors walk to the reviewing area to begin the dedication ceremony of a one-room multi-purpose educational building Feb. 18 at Ban Sa Yai, Trat, Thailand. The construction at Ban Sa Yai was one of six humanitarian civic action sites in which the Thai, U.S. and partner nation’s militaries will worked together on civic programs during Cobra Gold 2016. The HCA programs will help improve the quality of life, as well as the general health and welfare of civilian residents in the exercise areas.
