SANTA RITA, Guam (May 24, 2019) Sailors assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 2, prepare to catch a heaving line from the Military Sealift Command maritime prepositioning force container, roll-on/roll-off and mobile landing platform USNS Dahl (T-AKR 312) during a replenishment-at-sea training exercise near Apra Harbor. CRS-2, assigned to Coastal Riverine Group 1, Det. Guam, is capable of conducting maritime security operations across the full spectrum of naval, joint and combined operations. Further, it provides additional capabilities of port security, embarked security and theater security cooperation around the U.S. 7th Fleet of operations.

CHON BURI, Thailand (May 23, 2019) – U.S. Navy Master-at-Arms 3rd Class Jazmine Gray dances with Wutthi Wittaya school students during a host nation outreach engagement as part of Pacific Partnership 2019. Pacific Partnership, now in its 14th iteration, is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific. Each year the mission team works collectively with host and partner nations to enhance regional interoperability and disaster response capabilities, increase security and stability in the region, and foster new and enduring friendships in the Indo-Pacific.
