Ralph Kettle, deputy director of Multi-National Coordination Center (MNCC), during an office call at the 2OC Headquarters in Daegu as part of the annual Key Resolve Exercise. This exercise includes multi-national forces that contribute to readiness as United Nations Command “Sending States”. The Sending States are comprised of the 16 nations that provided combat, combat support, or combat service support during the Korean War and were present during the signing of the Armistice Agreement. Their contributions are coordinated through the MNCC.
