Harry Harris, commander of U.S. Pacific Command, and Kang Young-Hoon, Consulate General to the Republic of Korea in Honolulu, place a wreath to honor fallen veterans of the Korean War during the 67th annual Korean War Memorial Ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
