PACAF sends tailored contingent to support Aero India 2021
U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Eric Reside, a 34th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron maintenance officer in charge, and Chief Master Sgt. Galen Scoble, a 34th EBS superintendent, stand by to welcome 34th EBS Airmen to India at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru, India, Feb. 1, 2021. Approximately 50 Airmen traveled from Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., to Bengaluru in support of the B-1B Lancer’s participation in Aero India 2021. Aero India is the largest trade show in the Indo-Pacific, attracting a large number of exhibitors from around the world, with a large number of Department of Defense leadership in attendance.

Lightning strikes again onboard USS America
U.S. Marine Corps MV-22B Osprey tiltrotor aircraft assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (Reinforced) 262, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), fly over the Philippine Sea, Jan. 30, 2021. Marines and Sailors aboard the amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6) regularly conduct flight operations while underway to maintain their readiness to respond to contingencies. The 31st MEU is operating aboard ships of the America Expeditionary Strike Group in the 7th fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with allies and partners and serve as a ready response force to defend peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.

An F-22 Raptor assigned to the 94th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron completes a hot refuel from a fuel bladder carried by a C-130J Hercules assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, during a Dynamic Force Employment at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Nov. 22, 2020. DFE is an operational platform that allows our forces to be strategically predictable and operationally unpredictable. Valiant Shield 2020: Joint force training to protect the Indo-Pacific
