HONOLULU, Hawaii - U.S. Transportation Command Commander, U.S. Air Force Gen. Jacqueline Van Ovost, speaks with Joint Task Force-Red Hill (JTF-RH) Commander, U.S. Navy Vice Adm. Van Ovost met with task force leadership and recognized TRANSCOM personnel detailed in support of task force operations. JTF-RH is in phase three of its five-phase defueling plan.
