YOKOTA AIR FORCE BASE, Japan - A C130J assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron from Yokota Japan, performs combat offload at Northwest Field during a joint field training exercise at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, January 19, 2023. Combat offloads are techniques to download the aircraft without the use of material handling allowing to preserve limited airlift for other priorities and making contingency response groups more agile.
