USS Ralph Johnson Participates in Resolute Dragon

HACHINOHE, Japan - Maj. Gen. Jay Bargeron (right), commanding general, 3d Marine Division, tours the Combat Information Center of guided-missile destroyer USS Ralph Johnson (DDG 114) with the ship’s commanding officer Cmdr. Colin Roberts (left). Ralph Johnson is supporting U.S. Marines and members of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) as part of Resolute Dragon, an exercise designed to strengthen the defensive capabilities of the U.S.-Japan Alliance by refining procedures for bilateral command, control, and coordination in a geographically distributed environment.
