JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii - Pacific Air Forces and the Vietnamese Air Defense-air force Airmen discuss cooperation during PACAF-ADAF Airman-to-Airman Talks in Hanoi, Vietnam, Sept. 25-27, 2019.
