Idaho Army National Guard Soldiers travel to Bangladesh

DHAKA, Bangladesh - U.S. Army National Guard Sgt. Amber Demott, a medic with the Idaho Army National Guard Medical Detachment, discusses medical techniques with Bangladesh Army soldiers as they practice giving medical aid to role-players during a simulated mass casualty training event as part of Exercise Shanti Doot 4 in Bangladesh. Shanti Doot 4 is a multinational United Nations peacekeeping exercise with more than 1,000 participants from more than 30 countries designed to provide pre-deployment training to U.N. partner countries in preparation for real-world peacekeeping operations.
