Secretary of Defense Ash Carter participates in a repatriation ceremony in New Delhi, India, Apr. 13, 2016 repatriating the possible remains of U.S service members recovered by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA).  The remains that were turned over to DPAA are possibly related to a 1940's Army Air Force aircrew crash that occurred in India.
