The Office of the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (OSEAC) announced today the following assignment:

United States Navy Fleet Master Chief David L. Isom, currently assigned as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader, U.S Indo-Pacific Command, has been selected to replace SEAC Troy E. Black, as the next Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Washington, District of Columbia.
