Louis Tripoli, attended the Southeast Asia Strategic Multilateral Dialogue on Biosecurity. This is Admiral Tripoli’s first time attending the multilateral dialogue since becoming the USINDOPACOM surgeon last year. The visit highlights USINDOPACOM’s commitment to working with its partners in Southeast Asia to assist with strengthening their ability to prevent, detect, and respond to natural, deliberate, and accidental biological threats.
