DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania (Feb. 21, 2025) – U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa Navy Band’s Brass Band, Topside, plays music during the Exercise Cutlass Express 2025 (CE 25) closing ceremony in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Feb. 21, 2025.
