U.S. Military personnel from U.S. Indo-Pacific Command meet with first responders at the Search and Rescue Operations Center near the collapsed State Audit Office building in Bangkok, which fell after a 7.7 earthquake hit Thailand and its neighbor countries on March 28, 2025. Disaster emergencies, both natural and man-made, remain an ever-present threat to life, security, stability and prosperity across the Indo-Pacific.
