Karen O’Neal, talks with safety professionals from Naval Supply System Command and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam during a quality assurance walkthrough at the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) in Halawa, Hawaii, April 11, 2023.
