WASHINGTON, District of Columbia - U.S. Army Gen. Laura Richardson, commander of U.S. Southern Command, speaks during a ceremony as the United States donated 18 freezers to the Honduran Ministry of Health to increase the Honduras’ cold storage capacity for COVID-19 vaccines. Richardson visited Honduras to meet with President Xiomara Castro and defense leaders to discuss security cooperation.
