Army Reserve Medical Command Soldiers unique training opportunity

WASHINGTON, District of Columbia - U.S. Army Reserve Maj. Bill Stahlberg, a physicians assistant with the 7214 Medical Support Unit and an Mt. Vernon, Wash. resident, conducts a sports physical at the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation. The 7214th MSU was conducting Innovative Readiness Training in support of Operation Walking Shield, a program that teams federal agencies with American Indian groups to help improve living conditions on American Indian reservations. Innovative Readiness Training is an opportunity that provides training for our military personnel to ensure deployment readiness while addressing needs within America’s local communities.
