WASHINGTON, District of Columbia - Two F-22 Raptor aircraft sit on the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, flightline while being fueled by an MC-130J Commando II aircraft during Emerald Warrior, Jan. 29, 2020. This training marked the first time FARP capabilities were tested in an arctic environment.
