374th Medical Group streamlines patient care

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan - On August 28th, 2020, the 374th Medical Group re-designated two of its medical squadrons at Yokota Air Base, Japan, to better streamline healthcare for active duty and non-active duty patients. The 374th Aerospace Medicine Squadron was renamed as the 374th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron. The 374th OMRS primary care providers will see all active duty members seeking care. The 374th Medical Operations Squadron was renamed as the 374th Healthcare Operations Squadron. The 374th HOS primary care providers will prioritize non-active duty members and children for patient care.
