Adm. John Aquilino, U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) commander, welcomes a group of incoming U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) freshmen, or midshipmen fourth class, and selectees for the U.S. Naval Academy Preparatory School (NAPS) to the historic PACFLT boathouse. Here, Aquilino speaks with Wester Gapasangra, graduate of Radford High School in Honolulu, and his father Senior Chief Wester Gapasangra, and mother Grace. Wester was selected to attend the USNA in the fall.
