A welcoming ceremony was held for 31st MEU and USS America (LHA 6) Expeditionary Strike Group before the start of Exercise Cobra Gold 2020, which is the largest joint multinational military exercise in the Indo-Pacific region and is an integral part of the U.S. commitment to strengthen engagement in the region for a free and open Indo-Pacific.
