PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii - Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Greg Slavonic addresses the crowd at the USS Oklahoma Memorial to commemorate the crew aboard who sacrificed their lives during the December 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor, an event that propelled the United States into World War II.
