Weathering the Storm

Boatswains Mate 2nd Class Christie Welter, a dock master assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s (CFAY) Port Operations Department, observes the Valiant-class harbor tug Menominee (YT 807) as it assists the non-self-propelled Barracks Ship USS Nueces (APL 40) into a dry-dock in preparation for Super Typhoon Hagibis.
