Thirteen company grade officers were hand selected by their squadron commanders to attend a beta version for the Flight Commander Leadership Course Dec. 11-13 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. For many, the course was the first opportunity for attendees to reflect what kind of leader they are and what kind of leader they hope to become.
