CAMP HIGASHI-CHITOSE, Japan - U.S. Army Pacific Commanding General, Gen. Robert Brown, meets the Japan Northern Army Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Yama Sakura is a bilateral exercise that simulates the defense of Japan and serves to strengthen the alliance between the U.S. and Japan.
