PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii - Adm. Phil Davidson, commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, speaks during the National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day 77th Anniversary Commemoration on Dec. 7, 2018. The ceremony was held in remembrance of the 2,390 American casualties most during the attack on Pearl Harbor and to reflect on the peace and prosperity forged by all who fought on.
