Qatar Armed Forces train in distribution of humanitarian goods at Khaan Quest 2018

Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Flanity Briones, Joint Force Headquarters, Alaska National Guard, oversees a training exercise in which the Qatar Armed Forces attempt to organize the distribution process during Khaan Quest 2018 at Five Hills Training Area June 23. KQ18 is a regularly scheduled, multinational exercise co-sponsored by U.S. Pacific Command and hosted annually by the Mongolian Armed Forces. This exercise is the latest in a continuing series of exercises designed to promote regional peace and security. This year's exercise marks the 16th anniversary of this training event.
