Lt. Cmdr. Emily Krajan, a theater security cooperation (TSC) planner assigned to Commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific gives introductory remarks to Royal Malaysian Navy leaders during the 2018 bilateral Fleet Staff Talks. More than 60 Sailors and Marines from U.S. 7th Fleet staff are currently embarked on USNS Millinocket (T-EPF 3) as part of a U.S. 7th Fleet TSC patrol and will visit several countries in the Indo-Pacific in the coming weeks.
