The Indian Navy Talwar-class frigate INS Tarkash (F50) transits alongside the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) during a passing exercise (PASSEX) with the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group, March 25, 2018. The strike group is in the midst of a regularly scheduled deployment, supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
