Relief supplies requested by the Government of American Samoa are loaded onto military aircraft as part of a response effort supported by the Defense Coordination Element- Hawaii responds to Tropical Storm Gita on February 13, 2018. These items include Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) - provided tents, cots, tarpaulins, clean-up materials and medical supplies to aid those who suffered damage from Tropical Storm Gita. The DCE East supports the eastern pacific from Hawaii to American Samoa.
