In celebration of his 100th birthday, Rear Adm. Yancy Lindsey, Commander, Navy Region Southwest, left, presents a letter from Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer, to Retired Chief Warrant Officer 2 Arthur Roemmich during a birthday celebration held at Admiral Baker Clubhouse. Roemmich served in the Navy for 22 years and was a part of several impactful campaigns, such as the Battle at Midway, during his time of service.
