During their tour of U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys, Sept 20-22, 2017, Lieutenant Gen. Nadja Y. West, Surgeon General of the U.S. Army and Commanding General of U.S. Army Medical Command and Command Sgt. Maj. Gerald C.
