Harry Harris and the Honorable Marise Payne, Minister of Defense, Australia, talk as they walk through the halls at PACOM headquarters. Harris and Minister Payne discussed the threat posed by North Korea’s ballistic missile and nuclear weapons programs, ballistic missile defense, and the importance of coming together as an international community to hold the regime accountable.
