Lt. Gen. Thomas S. Vandal, Eighth Army commanding general speaks to members of the National Defense Committee, the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea during their visit their visit to Eighth Army headquarters at Camp Humphreys in Pyeongtaek, South Korea, Aug. 23. The visit provided the NDC with an understanding of U.S. Forces Korea transformation and an overview of the Eighth Army's missions on the peninsula.
