150630-N-DT805-030 PEARL HARBOR (June 30, 2015) U.S. Sen. Mazie Hirono, from Hawaii, receives a briefing from Lt. Cmdr. Andrew Lovgren, fuel director and actions officer at Navy Supply Fleet Logistics Center, during a tour of Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility. The Red Hill facility was built between 1940 and 1943.
