PACIFIC OCEAN (May 17, 2016) – USNS Henry J. Kaiser (T-AO 187) conducts a replenishment-at-sea with hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19). Deployed in support of Pacific Partnership 2016, Mercy's mission is designed to emphasize multilateral cooperation and building mutual trust in the Indo-Asia-Pacific. Medical, engineering and various other personnel embarked aboard Mercy will work side-by-side with host and partner nation counterparts, exchanging ideas, building best practices and relationships to ensure preparedness should disaster strike.
