ULAANBAATAR, Mongolia (April 5, 2016) - United States Ambassador to Mongolia Jennifer Zimdahl Galt speaks with Mongolian Army Brig. Gen. Tuvshin Badral, the chief of the Mongolian National Emergency Administration at the Gobi Wolf 2016 Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE). The SMEE gave the international participants an opportunity to discuss best practices and lessons learned during disaster relief operations.
