BAN CHAM KHO, RAYONG, Thailand – U.S. Marines, Royal Thai Navy and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force members lay a concrete slab for an open air classroom at the Ban Cham Kho school project in Rayong, Thailand, on Jan. 27. The Ban Cham Kho building project is part of Cobra Gold 2016.
