Exercise participants take part in a group exercise during the Lower Mekong Initiative Disaster Relief Exercise and Exchange opening ceremony in Vientiane, Laos PDR, Sept. 22, 2015. The LMI DREE is an annual civil-military disaster preparedness and response initiative between the governments of Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United States. It’s part of the U.S. Army Pacific "Pacific Resilience" initiative.
