U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific (Apr. 29, 2015) - U.S. Marines from the 1st Marine Expeditionary Brigade conduct shoulder-to-shoulder communications training with their Philippine Marine counterparts from WESCOM's 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade as part of exercise Balikatan 2015. The exercise is an opportunity for the two nations' militaries to share capabilities and best practices, and to build their partnership.
