TORII STATION, Japan - U.S. Army Garrison Okinawa hosted a Warrior Challenge at Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan, on Sept. 11, 2026. Twelve teams comprising of U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force members stationed in Okinawa, competed in events testing physical fitness, teamwork and warrior skills. The event reflected the readiness, resilience and commitment to service embodied by the military community in remembrance of the 25th anniversary of 9/11.
