LAE, Papua New Guinea - Members of the Papua New Guinea (PNG) Defense Force, PNG National Disaster Centre, PNG Port of Lae, provincial disaster offices, U.S. and international disaster response organizations, retrieve an inflatable oil containment boom during the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (CFE-DMHA) Field Training Exercise, Aug. 13, 2026, Lae, Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea.
