TRINCOMALEE, Sri Lanka - The Sri Lanka Navy Band performs the American national anthem at the Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Sri Lanka 2026 opening ceremony in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, July 27, 2026.
