GREAT LAKES, Ill - Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet Vice Adm. Phil Sawyer, receives a demonstration at the applied firefighting and damage control lab, part of the new Hands-on Learning curriculum at Recruit Training Command designed to develop recruits with critical warfighting skills during basic training.
