SHANGHAI (May 10, 2016) - Commanding Officer of the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), Capt. Matt Paradise, looks on from the starboard bridge wing as the ship departs Shanghai. Blue Ridge is currently on patrol in the 7th Fleet area of operations strengthening and fostering relationships in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
