563rd Rescue Group optimizes agile combat employment during exercise Resolute Force Pacific

USS Frank Cable departs Banyuwangi, Indonesia
BANYUWANGI, Indonesia — Forward-deployed U.S. Navy submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) departed East Java, Indonesia following a scheduled port visit, Aug. 15, 2025. Frank Cable is underway supporting 7th Fleet, the U.S. Navy’s largest forward-deployed numbered fleet, operating with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.

A medical marvel: supporting the MRF-D MAGTF from Australia to the First Island Chain
NORTHERN TERRITORY, Australia — When Marines and Sailors deploy to the Indo-Pacific as part of the Marine Rotational Force – Darwin (MRF-D) Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF), the mission isn’t just about combat readiness, deterrence, and multinational training. Sustaining that force — keeping more than 2,000 warfighters healthy, safe, and in the fight — depends on a medical capability that can operate anywhere, under any conditions, and alongside any partner.
