CLARK AIR BASE, Philippines - Airmen assigned to Yokota Air Base fly in formations with allies and patterns during Pacific Airlift Rally 2023 at Clark Air Base, Philippines, Aug. 14 through 18, 2023. Pacific Airlift Rally 2023 trains to support HA/DR operations, the participating forces will conduct a multinational field training exercise including a container delivery airdrop, a personnel airdrop, cargo loading, airdrop rigging, and critical-patient movement.
