YOKOSUKA, Japan - Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) sailors aboard the multi-purpose destroyer JS Izumo (DDH 183) refuel an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter from the “Warlords” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 51 during a bi-lateral anti-submarine warfare (ASW) exercise, Dec. 6. The U.S. Navy and JMSDF regularly fly, sail and operate together with other Allies and partners to promote security and stability throughout the region.
